Story Summary:
A band of misfit heores is gathered to battle a conspiracy using alien powers to precipitate a war between two countries. Throughout the story the identity and alliances of several characters change. It begins with a simple mission to escort a new Dragoon to the surface world that expands into a multi-layered conflict between and within the three city-states. It ends with the very fabric of reality of both worlds at risk.
