Uploading Images

I have a starter sprite ready. It could be better, but atm, with limited information, this is what I was able to do. I need to know how to upload images into the gallery so that I can put it up for discussion so that I can get started working on the character's complete sprite set.

When you open a reply dialogue box, one of the icons at the top is a computer and floppy disk (15th from left), this hosts the image. Copy the url, and without closing the box, hit the next button to the right, which posts the image, then hit paste.

That's a big and skinny sprite. In the gallery, there is a little link in the top left of the frame. It took me forever to find it myself.
